Incredible, hope the hornet handles well. It looks kinda fugly to control, but very impressive nonetheless.

Everyone knows that's how this holiday is going to play out. Sony had a 100$ price cut for a month and it still couldn't overcome the 360's sales before their price drop. You ignore that fact because your a fanboy. I may get a PS3, but I'm not sure. There's no way I'm paying more than 300 for it though.
Sony's not going to make money off the PS3 and you know it. It's always been about the BR from the beginning. Have fun with your BR player, that plays games.
I take back all the questionable comments on the graphics.

The replay feature looks better than swordfish when the bombs explode in slow motion. I can't believe how sharp and crisp the textures are. This is the signature bungie pallet of colors.

That is surprising, even temp. dropping the price for a month or two by a whopping 100$ still can't overcome the 360's steady sales. The 360 just cut prices so it'll get an even further boost.
These first couple years for the PS3 were destined to be gloom in terms of sales. Blu-ray succeeding is their only hope of making profit, and that's where their concentration is. The PS3 continues to be a BR player first and a game console second.
actually they're making an "infection" gametype which is the same as Zombies or dawn of the dead. Don't know if you turn into flood though.

Can't wait, multiplayer online is the thing I care about most. But now that campaign in completely online, the experience is amplified significantly.
Just look at how incredible the colors are in the game. Compare it to halo 2 and there's a huge difference. Halo 2 had a blue haze or dull colors in the campaign a lot.

Okay I'm gonna pee my pants if we get to use that many vehicles in the one picture. There's like 8 mongooses, 6 hogs, and 8 brute choppers. I was expecting maybe about half of that on screen, any thoughts?

pretty impressive, I like how there's different hubs for each kind of species.
It isn't the best graphically, duh. But instead of that you get the most dynamic and entertaining gameplay of any game to date in the FPS genre.
those chambers are the same as checkpoints in any game. Most games, like classic mario, don't have "lives" and than you get a game over. You simply start over at a different checkpoint.
It's not like you die and reappear exactly where you died......you go back to the checkpoint.

The 20gb and 60gb are both being phased out, therefore the 80gb + game for 600$ is the only model that'll remain constant for the next few months. The elite isn't considered because you don't need it to play the games. Only the premium is needed for the full experience.
